We ship our products from Japan.

Processing Time

Digital products are available for download immediately after payment has been completed.

For physical products that are in stock, orders are usually shipped within 10 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Custom-made artworks, including WIND MANDALA | Edition, are produced after an order is confirmed. Please allow approximately 10–20 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Product prices include packaging materials and handling charges. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout based on the shipping destination.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.
