Refund policy

We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded or made available.

Custom-made artworks (WIND MANDALA | Edition) are produced after an order is confirmed. Therefore, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted once the order has been placed.

For all other products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items. Please contact us at contact@bdak.art within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@bdak.art within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, reproduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been downloaded or made available.

For all other products, returns or exchanges due to customer preference or change of mind cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges due to customer preference or change of mind.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, reproduction, or refund.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
However, digital products and custom-made artworks (WIND MANDALA | Edition) may be exempt from this right where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your credit card company or financial institution to process and post the refund.
